I started teaching in 2012 because I wanted to help students find their strength.  I wrote my Master's Thesis on the need for education to change to meet 21st Century learners.  Education is still undergoing a massive shift and I witness the growing pains every day.

This video was created as part of my credential requirement but encapsulates what I believe the theatre arts brings to students.  I wanted the students to be the voice.  I wanted them to express how theatre had taught them the skills necessary to succeed.
